Founder of Creative Choice Group

Creative Choice Group, one of the leading US based investment and development companies, was founded by Mr. Dilip Barot in 1984 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Creative Choice Group is involved in the business of private real estate investment and development.

Mr. Dilip Barot, the founder of Creative Choice Group, is also acknowledged as the largest U.S. investor/developer of Indian origin. With about 2500 employees, this private venture has developed 7000 residential units. The Group also has interests in technology and other Real Estate projects. Mr. Dilip Barot also serves as President and CEO of several companies under the umbrella of Creative Choice Group (CCG), which span across the realms of development for multifamily residential, mixed-use, and commercial properties, investment management, and technology.

In addition to the above, Mr. Barot was the founder of Etech and Creative Infocity. Etech is a global technology-based sales enhancer company. It provides sales, customer service, chat, software development services, and contact center solutions to its clients. Creative Infocity is the manager of “Infocity,” a technology based real estate project located on a prime location of 150 acres in Gujarat, India. The project is a world-class, mixed-use complex hosting the latest infrastructure, four IT towers, an international clubhouse and a resort.

With robust experience in real estate investment and development of over 7,000 residential units in the past 30 years, the success story of Mr. Dilip Barot has been featured in many national and international publications like Reader’s Digest – “Keepers of the Dream” and in Forbes magazine – “Imported Entrepreneurs”.
