James Brown was the developer of a 4,600 acre planned new town community in St. Lucie County, during his Presidency of Thos J. White Development Company. He assembled and managed the 15-person team that obtained complete Development of Regional Impact approvals in only 18 months for the total project, including the formation and validation of a Community Development District. The plan included 18,000 dwelling units, 15,000,000 square feet of industrial, office & commercial space, 2 Universities, county school sites and all infrastructures. The Met Stadium was the first project completed within the development, and was the focal point for the whole residential, commercial, and industrial development.
With over 25 years of real estate development experience, Francesca McFeely, was previously Regional Sales and Marketing Director for WCI Communities, Inc. a $30 billion publicly-traded company. She operated a $12 million annual budget and handled the marketing and advertising for multiple properties including One BalHarbour, Oceanside at Pompano Beach, Bellamare on Williams Island, Mosaic on Miami Beach, Heron Bay, and Parkland Golf and Country Club.
